libcaptcha-recaptcha-perl software package provides perl implementation of the reCAPTCHA API, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcaptcha-recaptcha-perl
libcaptcha-recaptcha-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcaptcha-recaptcha-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcaptcha-recaptcha-perl *
You will get with libcaptcha-recaptcha-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
